How can I replace the windshield washer pump in my car?

September 28th, 2010
n asked:

My windshield washer fluid hasn’t been working, and I was told today that my pump is broken. Is this something I can do myself to save some money? Does anybody have any tips on how to do it? I drive a 2002 Olds Alero. Thanks!
I realize that I can take it to a garage (duh!), but the point of me asking this question is that I would like to save money and do it myself if possible. Thanks for any tips you might have!

i’m in to off road racing, but i’m only 16. so i only have one truck. i want my truck street legal but at the same time have suspension, and other off road accesories. but if i do happen to crash i don’t want the glass to shatter and hurt me and my passenger.

to kyle h: if i’m following my dad in his truck and a rock like that hits my windshield how am i gonna get back home. like i said. i want it to be street legal. so i want to take it off and put it back on. the old volkswagons had it where you can flip it open. i will be using that truck to get out to the desert, and having fun with it.
to nvhschem guy: i will have safety restraints. they come over both shoulders, over your stomach, and between your legs, like a car seat but these are going to be bolted down.

How to remove stickers from your car windshield without damaging the sticker?

September 27th, 2010
Cella Bean asked:

My car is a piece of junk, so my dad and I are looking into new cars. There’s only one problem though, I absolutely love my one of a kind bumper stickers, and really want to be able to transfer them to my new car. I’ve heard a blow dryer, and razors, but both sound like they could damage the stickers in some way. I’ve also heard something about freezing the stickers, but I have no idea if that’s true or not. Please help^^
Thanks guys!
