Returns Policy

Return authorization is required by contacting us by email or on the toll-free technical support line (231-263-3300). All returns must be undamaged, in original packaging. If damaged by the shipper you must contact us immediately. Some glass may require application of primer. If primer has been applied to the glass or frame it CANNOT be returned. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay all return shipping cost. Shipping charges are not refundable and returned sliders must be in original box and can not be torn or damaged. All slider's are returned to the manufacture and must be accepted and have refunded Brads auto before refund will be given. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt return charges may apply. Ther will be a 20% restocking fee on any returned item. By purchasing on this web site you accept our terms of return.
