I busted my back glass loading some long wood and I drove around with a busted window for weeks not wanting to take the whole thing off and spend $300+ on a whole new back window set. This was a fast, easy, and cheap solution. Thanks Brad.

I was dumb enough to smash the right rear glass piece in my RAM 1500 loading stuff in the bed of the truck. I couldn’t believe what everyone wanted for the entire back window, the price was unbelievably high. So glad I found this option. Install was easy but I’d highly recommend using blocks and ratchet straps to hold the newly glued glass in place until it sets up. Since the working time for the adhesive is relatively short I’d also recommend dry fitting INCLUDING the blocks and straps before doing the actual installation. If you’re OCD the replacement glass sticking out will probably make you nuts, but the $500 plus cost difference isn’t something I could justify on a 10YO truck.

After shattering the rear right slider glass on my 2010 Dodge 1500 while drilling out the slider drain hole. I had to find a replacement I could afford. Local businesses only replace the entire rear unit at $800+. Found this glass, watched the videos before ordering, and decided to give it a shot. The panel arrived faster than projected which was fantastic. Installed in roughly 15 min after seeing the videos previously and having everything I needed in the bed with me. The rubber seal for the slider is cut to fit. I cut mine a mm shorter and had to fill the small area with the urethane but no issues with that. Just be aware it is cut to fit and leave it a little long just in case. I would recommend putting a bead of urethane at the very edge of the mounting surface, I had my bead roughly 1/4" from the edge thinking the urethane would push to the edge. Mine did not. So that a lesson learned and hopefully you can use to your benefit. Those were on me and not the product. The glass looks fantastic and unless you are looking for it, it blends into the original location without being seen. Seals great to the new slider. I checked with a hose on jet setting for leaks, I have none now. I highly recommend this panel or any of them, as I'm sure the other panels are of similar to same quality. Awesome product! Recommend...lastly, buy the urethane from Brad's. I bought mine local and paid $15 more than he sells it for online.
