I ordered this item from Brad's Auto Glass. It was delivered 3 days later. Window was exactly as described and installation was easy with the help if the Youtube video from Brad's. I would only add that if your window broke you will have a lot of broken glass in the bottom slider channel. Vacuum well, wipe clean and adding a strong dish soap solution to that channel will help you slide the rubber gasket into place. Important to note that this will only fit an original Toyota window. Call Brad's, they will give you the info. A great product and great service. I would not hesitate to purchase from Brad's again.

I am very pleased with this product. Received by Priority Mail and item was well packed to prevent damage. The video gave all the necessary 'tips' to ensure rapid installation. My only advice for the do-it-yourself-er would be: 1. Make sure ALL broken glass is out of the frame track before beginning, even the smallest fragment can prevent getting the window installed via this method. 2. Remove the passenger side headrest - you need the room to work. 3. You may want to put a light coating of soapy water over the exterior of the rubber gasket - to aid in the 'sliding' of the gasket once the glass is seated and working the gasket back to the original position.

The product was as advertised. The install directions were spot on. I installed the window in about 10 minutes. Extremely happy with the whole process.

The product: Is what I expected. Well made and about the same color as the other two pieces of the rear window. The Service, on the other hand, is what makes Brad's really stand out. Accurate no fluff install video (you didn't spend 20 minutes talking about other unrelated stuff -thank you!) Ordering was painless and the part showed up really quick! The latch wasn't exactly what I'd call "OEM" - it's quite different from the original - but hey, it's a latch on a truck window. Only complaint - you used "lubricant" in the video, but never said what it was. I guessed soapy water the way it was applied so liberally. But I used a little white lithium grease and it worked just fine. 30 minutes of fat-guy yoga in the back of my extended cab and BAM! new window installed. Thanks!

The service and speed in which I received my replacement glass was excellent. The glass installed rather easily (<15 minutes after watching the video) and works well. The glass does not "glide" as smoothly as the stock glass and does tilt slightly when moving. I would strongly recommend spending the extra money for the OEM latch; the non-OEM latch works but is cheap. I would recommend this product to a friend.

I ordered this window last week to replace my shattered one. Service, packaging, and shipping were great and super fast. Quality of glass was excellent. They have a video on how to install and it was a snap. Highly recommend this company and products.
